It took me a bit longer to publish this week's expression. That is why I chose this one:
Better late than never
Meaning: to arrive or do something later than expected isn't good, but it is better than not at all.
I don't think you need more explanations for that, as it is just like in your mother tongue. I would like to thank all those who participate in the blog, especially Javier who always gives us a great example using the expressions. Let's see if this time you are more participative. Have a nice day!

That's very kind of you; but I'm not sure if it's a good idea that my classmates know who I am. Did you notice nobody sat beside me last day? Maybe they think I'm a swot or I'm sucking up to you.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, to cut a long story short, I started driving when I was 32. Better late than never.
I don't really think so, and sorry but I thought they already knew...or not? Anyway I think it is always possitive to encourage participation and hard-work. That's the main aim of this blog!
ReplyDeleteI absolutely agree with you. Don't worry. I was only jocking and prompting.
